No recurring charge
Credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription to cancel and no automatic renewal or overage charge.
Refund requests
Credit purchases are generally non-refundable after credits are added because the API capacity is available immediately. If you were charged twice, experienced a confirmed billing error, or could not use the paid service because of a sustained fault on our side, contact us within 14 days and we will review the charge fairly.
Trials and promotions
Any trial, credit, or promotional conditions are displayed before you accept them. Unless the offer says otherwise, unused promotional credits have no cash value and expire with the promotion.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that apply under mandatory law.
